This year National Day of Prayer had over 450 people join them at their annual Prayer Summit in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They began October 17th with an option to join Focus on the Family for Chapel on Friday where Third Day provided the worship music and Joe Dallas was the key note speaker. Dick Eastman opened the Friday evening with a time of repentance at the World Prayer Center before starting the 7x7 Concert of Prayer and throughout the weekend they spent time in prayer and intercession for the seven centers of power. Sue Stoltz Mid-Missouri Area Manager for Bott Radio Network led in prayer for the Media. Shirley Dobson both opened the Concert of Prayer on Friday night facilitating the prayer time on the Family and closed the session Sunday with a commissioning message sending all of the participants back to their communities with the charge to continue to pray and lift up our nation from each of their own towns and cities.

Dr. Dobson spoke at the NDP Prayer Summit on Saturday night and said, “it doesn’t matter who’s in D.C. if people want evil” and, “revival is more important than the election.”
